How does it work?

1. Book online/ Walk up and make a booking.

2. Show up 5 minutes before your scheduled time in line.

3. Visit with Santa and let our photographer capture 3 poses.

4. Visit the print station to pick up your photo package.

What is included with my photo package? Your package includes one high-quality photo (chosen by our staff) printed in your various sizes that your chosen package includes and digital access to all 3 poses. Additional prints or upgrades are available at the print station or online.

When should I arrive? Please arrive at the booth no more than 5 minutes before your schedule time in line. Please be aware that some families may have special needs that might slow the flow of visits to see Santa & Mrs Claus. Please be patient and kind.

What if I miss my appointment or am running late? We understand things happen! While we can’t guarantee a make-up time during peak hours, we’ll do our best to fit you in if space allows. Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice or cancellation are non-refundable.

Are walkups/ walk ins allowed? Yes walk up/ walk ins are welcome.

Can I take my own pictures or videos on my camera or cell phone? To preserve the magic and keep lines moving smoothly, personal cell phone photos or videos are not allowed inside the photo area. Our professional team will take care of everything! We do not allow personal cell phone pictures within the Santa & Mrs Claus photo area.

What if my child is nervous or won’t sit with Santa? No problem — we’ll still do our best to capture a magical moment! Sometimes the best memories are the unplanned ones. If you'd like to try again, you’re welcome to book a second session at another time or date.

How many poses do I get? Our photographer will take only 3 poses per session, if you’d like an opportunity to take more pictures/ poses please book a second session for the same or very next time frame.

How many people are allowed in my photo? Each session is limited to 1 natural family which can include up to 7 individuals. If you have more than 7 members in your group you may purchase an extra session or a large family add-on which allows up to 15 people. Be advised that the set might not be able to fit everyone.

Can my child see Santa & Mrs Claus without having to purchase a photo session? Paid sessions receive first priority to visit with Santa however you are welcome to wait until an opening comes up, please be advised that this can be a long wait if there an pre-booked or walk up booked sessions.

Do prices include taxes? Yes , taxes are already included in the price.

Do I get to choose my photo to print? Our staff at the print station will choose the best photo for your package to ensure you can carry on with your day.

Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation? You can cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 24 hrs in advance of your booking to receive a refund. Use the link in your confirmation email to do so.

How do I access my digital photos online? Your photos will be emailed to you within a few minutes. Please allow up to 24 hrs for pictures to arrive.

Can I order reprints? Additional prints can be purchased at the print station during your visit. If you decide later, don’t worry — a link will be sent to your email so you can order reprints. Looking for reprints? visit the reprint store HERE

Can I upgrade my package later? Yes! You’ll receive an email after your visit with a link to purchase reprints, digital downloads etc.

I have a large group, when is best to book my appointment +large group add-on?

The best time for large groups and those with sensory issues to visit with Santa & Mrs Claus are on Thursdays, Fridays and early appointment times e.g. 11AM - 1PM. We also welcome visitors any time we’re open that is convenient for you.
